Our Field Support Engineers are well-equipped for providing technical support to our customers by directly visiting their control rooms. The FSE will assist you(operators) in setting up your control rooms in a definite standard and there by ensuring stable, enhanced and more reliable connectivity. Our FSE team will guide you in organizing and maintaining your equipment like OLT, EDFA, etc. in optimum parameters so that it will be working more & more efficient & durable. The FSE will check the performance of your OLT by monitoring the technical parameters that are accountable for its uninterrupted operation & provide detailed information about proper rack arrangement & cable positioning.
