24*7 Technical Support (Terms and Conditions)

 

1 ) This is a B2B website not for end customers (users).

2) 24*7 support is only available from technical department

3) 24*7 support is not available from other departments like sales, hardware service, accounts, R & D, dispatch, production.

4) In Normal working days (ie Monday to Saturday) technical support time is 9 am to 11 pm. (In case if support team       took over the issue in this period of time and not solved then support team will be available to you as 24*7 for               resolving the issue. And I must be critical complaint like network down)

5) For any new issues reported after this time (9 am to 11 pm) , 24*7 support will not be available.

6) No calls will be attended after 11 pm.

7) Sundays and public holidays technical support time will be 9.30 into 5 pm with limited technical support staffs

8) One should only get the technical support only if they provide the product id like mac or serial number to verify           (Doubt clearing and other enquirers will not be a promise, its according to the time availability)

9) For technical support customer should call from the registered contact number given at the time of the purchase.
