Manufacturing Growth Aligned with Make in India
One of the most defining achievements for Netlink in 2025 has been the strong expansion of our in-house manufacturing ecosystem, proudly aligned with the Make in India vision. At a time when the Indian telecom industry is moving towards self-reliance, Netlink has taken decisive steps to build, manufacture, and deliver world-class telecom solutions from within the country.
By strengthening our domestic manufacturing capabilities, we have significantly reduced dependency on imports, improved supply-chain stability, and ensured faster delivery timelines for ISPs across India. More importantly, local manufacturing has enabled us to design and produce products that are tailored specifically for Indian network conditions, climatic challenges, and operational requirements—resulting in higher performance, durability, and reliability in real-world deployments.
OLT & ONT Manufacturing Unit – ANDHRA PRADESH
Our advanced OLT and ONT manufacturing unit in andhra pradesh stands as a cornerstone of Netlink’s technology-driven growth. This facility allows us to design, assemble, test, and validate fiber access equipment under strict quality controls. By manufacturing OLTs and ONTs in-house, we ensure consistency, faster customization for ISP needs, quicker deployment cycles, and enhanced support capabilities—helping ISPs scale their networks with confidence.
Cabinet Manufacturing Unit – Palakkuzha, Ernakulam
Built to address on-ground realities, our cabinet manufacturing unit in Palakkuzha focuses on producing robust, weather-resistant, and field-tested cabinets. By ensuring consistent standards, faster availability, and seamless deployment for ISPs, we help reduce project delays and significantly improve installation efficiency across FTTH networks.
Distribution Box Manufacturing Unit – Puthuvely, Ernakulam
Reliable last-mile connectivity is essential for superior service quality, and our distribution box manufacturing unit is designed to deliver exactly that. Built to endure varied Indian environmental conditions, these distribution boxes enable secure, well-organized, and durable FTTH infrastructure. The facility significantly contributes to strengthening backbone and access networks across urban centers as well as rural landscapes.
Patch Cord Manufacturing Unit – Puthuvely, Ernakulam
With our patch cord manufacturing unit operating under one roof, Netlink has achieved greater control over quality, precision, and delivery speed. This capability strengthens our end-to-end fiber solution portfolio, ensuring compatibility, performance consistency, and reduced dependency on external suppliers.

In 2025, Netlink didn’t just expand manufacturing—we strengthened India’s digital backbone, one facility at a time.
Employment Generation and Community Impact
Netlink’s growth in 2025 also translated into meaningful employment creation. Today, Netlink proudly employs 400+ professionals across India, including 200+ team members in Kerala. Our manufacturing units have created jobs for local communities, helping reduce unemployment by providing stable livelihoods—especially for women and families living near our factories. This reflects our belief that growth should benefit people as much as progress.
Service Innovations Focused on ISP Success
In 2025, we introduced a first-of-its-kind Field Service Engineer (FSE) service model across India. Through this initiative, Netlink services its branded OLTs directly at customer locations, with trained engineers reaching ISPs in their own regions. Alongside this, we strengthened our pan-India RMA services, ensuring faster resolution, reduced downtime, and dependable after-sales support. These efforts were designed to make operations easier and more reliable for ISPs nationwide.
